To do or not to do......

What?? You dirty old mind!!! Have just started my radio management classes...and the thing is that I would love to continue working but the institute guys have told us that...they will be giving us loads of assignments....so...my thought for the same is either I join a proper radio station and work as an assistant or join some music company so that I do get some knowledge on the basic stuff....thats my plan...

Secondly am also waiting for the AIR Fm thing to happen...if I could probably get into the Rjing aspect...then nothing like it...but do want to get too overconfident about it.....anywayz....so thats my question what do I do?? Where do I go??? etc etc.....
